Two Spread Assignment

Credit for the Black and White image of the road to Ansel Adams. Images were taken from google search. Google Identifier Antique Cameras. Three column rule. Text wrap on bottom. I used the master sheets I created but took out the color once my images were set.

ASSIGNMENT #3 FLYER

After hair pulling I figured out the bullets. I read an article from the above quora.com for my bullet points. The fonts didn't transfer from school so I went with Arial Black hoping that would stick and Typewriter for the header since the flyer is about writing.

ASSIGNMENT #2 TRIFOLD

FIRST ATTEMPT. I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE RULERS. MY IMAGES AREN'T EVEN ON THE BACK COVER.  I'VE ENCLOSED MY FILES SO YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE ORGANIZED. I FOLLOWED YOUR EXAMPLES FOR THE MOST PART BUT CHANGED UP THE FRONT COVER. I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THE LINES THAT I DREW WITH THE PEN TOOL BLUE. I DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THE BUBBLE FOR THE FRONT. BUT THERE IS A BLACK LINE AROUND IT.

ASSIGNMENT #1

I went with a image from depositphoto stock images. I liked the muted tones, washed out like the sun rising and blinding you. I think it makes the text pop, drawing your eye to what is most important. I stayed with the same formation as the front for Dusk.

I used Raleway font for the songs list. Bakersville for Dusk and Times lower case for Philip Glasses name. I like the Shadows coming off the trees. The picture gives me a feeling of end of the day. It's relaxing and makes you want to kick back with a cup of coffee.

Post Card assignment

Here are my three favorite Post Cards. All three background are from Depositphoto stock photos. I have 600 credits there so I downloaded them legally to use. Above are my 25 thumbnails

Inspiration

Shadows is what I think of for dusk. This background inspires me for the postcard.
The dark and light with lighter words.

Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh
The shadows and color in Van Gogh's painting are inspiration for the post card as well.
